The King Family is growing by one...
I have had the pleasure of photographing this family since before Colton was born. :) I am super excited that they are having a little girl!! Colton is going to be such a great big brother!
My mind has been flooded with thoughts lately. Especially about death...morbid, I know. I find myself wishing I had a pensieve, you know, like Dumbledore has in the Harry Potter series (if you haven't read the books, he is able to "syphon" off his excess thoughts, put them in his handy dandy pensieve and watch them in chronological order as he wishes.). I have seen a lot of death in the past 9 years. Some of these were ones who we would say "weren't ready", what I mean is that they weren't old; they were in the middle of living. Some of these deaths were people who you would consider "ready", they had lived long full lives. 9 years ago we lost a friend & sister in Christ to domestic violence, her husband killed her. She was just a couple years older than me & she was taken from her 2 precious children. 6 years ago, my 1st cousin was killed in a one car accident, he left behind his wife & 2 precious children . Then
I wanted to share 10 of my Scripture Photos for the month of February. I selected 10 that are colored pink/red for the month of Love. :) Do you know that God's love is all you'll ever really need. I pray that everyone who sees this will think deeply about their relationship with the Lord. The Bible tells us everything we need to know about how to have a relationship with Him and how to have Jesus in our lives. Hear the word (Romans 10:17), believe it (John 8:24), repent of your sins (Acts 2:38), confess that you believe Jesus is God's son (Romans 10:10) and be baptized (Mark 16:16) into His death in order to be raised up a "new creature" (2 Corinthians 5:17 & Romans 6:3-18). Everyone has the opportunity to receive Salvation from the Lord! Continue to live a faithful life and you will receive that crown of righteousness one day (Revelation 2:10)!
Canned Biscuit Apple Pies Cube 2 or 3 apples Melt 4 tbsp butter and sprinkle with apple pie spice and/or brown sugar. Cook until apples are soft.. S Take your canned biscuits and roll them out flat. Place a small spoonful of apples into the middle. Use a fork to press edges closed.. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Mine all came open at the end but they were still tasty. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar fresh out of the oven or mix up a caramel sauce by melting butter and brown sugar together in a small pot. These are super easy and cheap to make.
